Prabhat has 20+ years of experience, across industries such as Consumer, Retail, Information Technology & Telecom, having worked with global players such as Nokia, Vodafone, Intel, Microsoft, & unique experiences within Executive Search space and an entrepreneurial venture.

Prabhat possesses diverse and detailed multi-discipline, multi-cultural experience in business roles aimed at driving tangible/measurable positive impact on Top-Line/Bottom line. Majority of his stint has been in Sales & BD, Strategic Alliances Management, Services Marketing and Product Management roles leading up to being a Business Unit Head managing complete P&L responsibilities. He has spearheaded Rhythm of Business Orchestration by owing the Business Group target and long range strategic plans, with experience in Analysis, Strategy, Planning and Execution by driving market, customer, industry, ecosystem, competition, and macro- economic analysis.

Prabhat’s consultative selling experience & Customer centricity enables him articulate core value propositions to positively influence C-level executive decisions. Since November 2013, Prabhat has been involved in his entrepreneurial journey focused on providing India Market Entry Services to companies based in US and Europe. Having been a part of industry leading organizations like Dell, Microsoft, GE, Sify, AgreeYa etc. with cross industry (Technology-Hardware, Software, Services, Applications; Financial Services, & Telecom) leadership span upto Managing Director level, Shiv brings forth reputable track record of heading large businesses, driving growth with profitability, & executing business transformations.

Shiv has led business organizations of $100Mn+ revenue & 500+ team members, with overall accountability of all functions & processes. He specializes in early identification of core challenges of any business & accordingly create & execute change strategies, towards delivering operational excellence & profitable business growth. In addition to expertise in business areas of P&L, Sales & Marketing, Delivery & Operations, & Strategic Planning, Shiv has deep proficiency in People management to build & mentor productive & motivated teams, & also to create & manage Partner ecosystems at domestic & international levels.

Sooraj Dhawan

Sooraj Dhawan did his PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta with specialization in Business Finance, Marketing and Strategic Management. Prior to his post graduation, Sooraj did his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Shriram College of Commerce and schooling from Delhi Public School, RK Puram New Delhi.

Sooraj specialises in International Trade development and feels that trade shows are the best way forward to develop business expansion.

Sooraj has led over 20 trade missions abroad and is an major advocate of Brand India. Sooraj is a keen follower of Paramahansa Yogananda, Yogoda Satsanga Society of India and Self Realisation Fellowship.

Sumeet Singhal

Sumeet is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.

He has about more than two decades of rich corporate experience having worked in various Senior and Middle level Management positions with companies like Tata Teleservices (Telecom), GE Capital (BPO), ICICI Bank (Banking), Maruti Udyog (Automobile Sector) and Tata Motors (Sales and Marketing ).

In his last assignment he was working as Vice President with Tata Teleservices as Head of Internal Audit and Risk, a role he performed for four years.  He has a total of eight years of experience in Telecom. 

Apart from Internal Audit and Risk he has a wealth of experience in areas like customer care, call center management, process improvements, quality and six sigma.  

His key strengths lie in understanding top management expectations and translating them into actionable for driving organizational objectives. He has excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills and wide exposure to running company-wide initiatives.  

At a personal level, he is an avid reader and has a flair for writing. He has recently co authored and published a book to keep his creative side alive.

Vikram Chopra Captain (IN), Retired

Vikram has an experience of almost 25 years in the defense and government sector. He specializes in managing large teams in an Inter-disciplinary project environment and aligning diverse and often conflicting interests to deliver on time and within optimum cost parameters.

He specializes in contractual assessments and discussions. Naval contracts require skill sets to balance national security’s strategic interest, political interest in terms of stated vision; financial and commercial prudence. Balancing these and along with Change management have been his core strength areas. He has a keen understanding of Multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-national working and can seamlessly engage with and developing network of suppliers from across globe and negotiating and managing contracts.

Vikram also can diverse adaptability. INS Vikramaditya (Admiral Gorshkov) was a prestigious strategic project for Indian Navy & he was associated with this since its nascent stages. It involved learning Russian language; living in Severodvinsk and working with Russian specialists and officers associated with evolution of the ship. Working in multi-cultural, multi-racial environment, Contract Negotiations, And Diplomacy all the diverse skill sets were amply used.

Selling Point of View and Positioning, Innovative Out-of-the box thinking and Technological Innovation, Team Building & Leadership and Relationship Management are some of the key strengths.
